Yam is the Co-founder at Web Experts Nepal, an outsourcing and custom WordPress site Development Company and Theme Palace, which offers Nepal’s first curated WordPress Theme Marketplace. Being a former WordCamp Speaker and co-organizer of WordCamp Nepal 2015, Yam took part in the WordCamp Europe event at Vienna last June and then co-organized first ever WordCamp Kathmandu Nepal 2016.

This year, he is the Lead Organizer of WordCamp Kathmandu Nepal 2017.  He wants to build on to the recent successful WordCamp events and give continuity to make it a grand success.

Lead Organizer

Arjun is a Tech Entrepreneur from Kathmandu, who started working in various web and WordPress projects since 2004. Later in 2010 his company started working mostly in WordPress custom projects for many clients around the globe. After being able to successfully deliver WordPress custom solutions to hundreds of thousands of clients globally, he started working on even more aspects of WordPress via different companies.

Arjun is founder of Access Keys, AccessPress Themes, 8Degree Themes, WPAll Club. He loves to share his WordPress knowledge and ideas via WordCamps, WordPress meet ups and various orientation sessions in colleges and universities as a resource person and speaker.

Besides WordPress, he loves to travel, know people and lifestyles. In his free time, he loves to hangout with his 5 years old son in his newly built small resort far from the city.

An Engineer by profession, an auto enthusiast by passion and a co-owner of Web Experts Nepal by choice… Bezil got acquainted with WordCamp when he first attended WordCamp Nepal 2013. Thanks to his friend’s generous ticket passes, he got to meet some great leaders of this community. Since then, he has been actively participating in the meetups and WordCamp Events.

Biplab Subedi has been a part of WordPress for quite a while now. His love and dedication towards WordPress has been inspiring. He is one of the experienced members of WordCamp organizing Committee. He has been a co-founder of one of the leading WordPress based outsourcing company namely Eagle Vision IT. He also has co-founded eVision Themes, a WordPress theme development company.

Biplab was a PHP programmer before beginning his entrepreneurial journey. He is often found passionately busy in programming work these days as well.His hobbies include serving communities (specially underprivileged ones), travelling and collecting music.

Meanwhile, he has not only been an internationally acclaimed Leo for around a decade now but also been popular for his contribution to Nepalese debate movement through Debate Network Nepal.

Pravash Karki is an Entrepreneur and Full-Stack Designer, Founder & CEO of Idealaya Pvt. Ltd. He developed an affinity for WordPress since its early days in 2003. The passion and will to contribute to the community that has given him so much, led him to Co-found Sampression Themes.
Currently, Pravash leads a team of Designers, Developers and WordPress Enthusiasts, building themes to serve a single purpose: to contribute to WordPress theme community.
When not glued to his chair, working on his Mac or wandering off in his vivid imagination, you can find him wandering off in the real world on his mountain bike with a camera and a very itchy shutter finger.

Raj Kumar Tamang is working as Creative UI/UX designer at Theme Palace. I love all works related to graphic or web designing but prefer web over graphics.

Roshan Bhattarai is the co-founder of Proshore, a company focused on enabling online horizon for many startups. Roshan is co-founder of  Export Feed and Keptify too. He has also co-authored of PHP Ajax Cookbook.

And ya, don’t try to mess with him when Chelsea Football Club loses it’s match. Ironically, he is addicted to playing badminton on daily basis.

Sachet is a TCK and theme developer at Theme Palace who has been involved in WordCamps since past 3 years and is still waiting for the Winter to come.  He has contributed as a volunteer in 2014 and 2015 and as a Volunteer Wrangler in 2016. Now he is continuing as Volunteer Wrangler like the last year.

Shiva Shanker Bhatta is Team Lead and Sr. WordPress Developer at Web Experts Nepal. Besides that, he’s WordPress Kathmandu Meetups Coordinator for this year (2017). Being active on contributing WordPress community, He’d also submitted number of free plugins to wordpress.org, hosted several “Giving back to community” events and translated WordPress into Nepali language.

In the year of 2016 WordCamp Kathmandu, he’d approached new way of archiving Audio and Video separately to make event’s record more effective and efficient, the output was more than expected.  Again, For this time he’s continued as one of the Wrangler at WordCamp Kathmandu 2017.

In addition, he’s renowned short film maker, worked on critically acclaimed projects and bagged number of national and international film festival awards.

Surendra Shrestha is an IT entrepreneur and Senior WordPress Developer. He is the co-founder and CEO at Rigorous Web Services. He is one of Certified Expert Developer at codeable.io. He is also a co-owner at Rigorous Themes.

Surendra is one of active organizer at WordCamp Kathmandu, Nepal 2016. He had participated WordCamp Europe 2016 and with his knowledge & experience at WordCamp, he’s quite sure to make WordCamp Kathmandu, Nepal 2017, a grand success.

Surendra would like to call himself as Happiness WordPress Consultant. He empowers most of his client’s architectures with WordPress, helping them to better communicate their values and successes.

Suvash Khadka has been actively engaged in WordPress Nepal Community since 2012. He loves to work on WordPress and believes in giving back to the community. He is actively engaged in conducting WordPress Meetups, College Events, WordCamps in Nepal since 2012.

Beside this Suvash represents the Deputy Chief Executive of Asia @ digitALLearing, Founder of Society for Information Communication Technology Nepal (SICTN) & IT Director @ NFN, Project Manager @ Digital IT Solution & Research Center. He also lectures in IT colleges.

Social Media/Publicity Wrangler

Sweta has been contributing to theme reviews at Catch Themes from last 2 years, and loves her work. A graduate of Information Management, Sweta chose technology for a career and hasn’t looked back since.
At Catch Themes she puts her experience with design, php, html, and css to good use as a theme reviewer.
Sweta is also a key contributor to WordCamp Kathmandu 2017, overseeing the financial aspect of the whole event.

Utsav Singh Rathour is a WordPress enthusiast and a developer by passion.
2007 is the year he first encountered WordPress and since, he can’t believe how the love has always grown. He is the co-founder of Code Pixelz and also the co-founder of Code Themes Co. He is now looking to work on larger SaaS-based projects with WordPress in the back.

Hemraj Adhikari is professional WordPress Developer since 2014. Currently, he is a part of Web Experts Nepal (WEN) as a senior WordPress developer. Also, he is active contributor of WordPress Nepali translation team.
Beside that, Hemraj is robotics enthusiastic and love to research about new technology around it.

He is WordPress Lead Plugin Developer at AccessPress Themes with 4+ years of service in the company who has already developed more than 20+ WordPress Plugins including free and premium plugins.
He also has experience of teaching IT skills to hundreds of younger generation IT enthusiasts. This ever smiling cool guy motivates his fellow colleagues and students to their work as he quotes, “Work as if tomorrow is holiday.”. For him, work is fun.
Beside his professional goals, he has a strong passion for music, especially guitar. He humorously says that he can play guitar with his eyes closed.

With this, he has been exposed to various Microsoft tools and Azure Cloud Computing. Similarly, his personal WordPress blog has been hosted in Azure Cloud Platform.
